Author Eligibility

• Corresponding Author (CA) affiliated with participating OhioLINK institution at admission. Shawnee State University qualifies. The corresponding author must use their Shawnee State University e-mail address during this process.
• Must be an original paper, review, brief communication, or continuing education
• Articles must be accepted for publication through December 31, 2026.

Note: Does not include Nature Portfolio journals such as Nature or Scientific American

Springer Nature titles are primarilty in the life, physical, social, applied, and clinical sciences. 

Copyright License Applied

Articles are published under Creative Commons CC BY license. The license allows others to distribute, remix, and build upon your work, as long as they credit you for the original creation. CC BY is the default license, however other CC Licenses are available upon request.

OA Publication Process
