The Bear Cave is a 24/7* study space located in the library building for use by students, faculty, and staff.
To get in, all you need to do is swipe your Bear Card!

While the Bear Cave isn't a quiet study space, we ask that students be courteous of others by limiting conversation and loud, disruptive behavior.
The Bear Cave is sponsored by the Student Government Association. SGA advocated for a student study space with extended hours and we are happy to meet this need.
*The Bear Cave is 24/7 during the fall and spring semesters. It is open regular library hours during breaks and summer semester.
Other Study Spaces in the Library
The upper level is designated as a quiet study area with group study rooms and carrels. (There are also study carrels spread out on the main floor, as well as the lower level.) Most of the collection in shelved on the upper level . |

The main level houses most of the computer workstations, the reference collection, the career collection, current periodicals, new materials, group study rooms, and the Learning Lab. Study rooms on the main floor are equipped with white boards and 43" large flat screen monitors. |

The Learning Lab (Library 244) is located on the main floor and can be booked.. First Year Experience courses meet in the Learning Lab. Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to use this space when it is available. |
